Starting her agency career in 2010, Freia scaled a digital content, online PR and SEO offering from 0-100 staff, delivering global campaigns across 40 markets. Later she worked with the Board to deliver the company strategy and change programmes for one of the most successful digital marketing agencies in the UK. She planned and implemented some of the biggest changes undergone in the agency which led to substantial and sustainable growth. In that time, she worked with the global sales director to improve the pitch close rates and conducted post-pitch feedback to understand areas of improvement.

As a consultant, Freia uses her experience to support agencies with their strategic, operational, and new business challenges. She is a strong believer that pitch feedback is a key requirement for improving win rates, and she conducts this feedback on behalf of her agency clients.
