Home fragrance and skincare brand NEOM Organics has recently appointed a head of customer marketing, a head of brand and an interim communications & influencer partnerships manager. It is also recruiting for several other marketing roles, suggesting it is aiming to uplift its marketing spend ahead of the Christmas gift-buying period. NEOM uses all natural, organic ingredients in its products and uses aromatherapy blends designed to boost customers’ wellbeing. It is aiming to be climate positive and zero waste by 2025.
The business was listed 65th on The Sunday Times list of fast-growing companies after demonstrating annual sales growth of 56.16% over three years. In 2021, sales stood at £42m, of which 80% were made online. NEOM is pushing forward with its international expansion, especially in the US and China, whilst also aiming to deepen its market share in the UK.
NEOM had a successful Christmas trading period in 2021 and will no doubt be looking to achieve even better results this year. Its total group revenue over the 2021 Christmas period increased by 35% year on year to £6.9m.
