Founded in 2021, the new brand is shaking up the shelves with plant-based drinks. Currently, it only has two products on the market that draw on the rich diversity of nature and combine herbal ingredients to create extraordinary and versatile drink blends.

Sofie Stechl, Managing Director at Plantopia, said: “Our roots are in the dairy industry, and we know what consumers want and what they expect from products, so it was natural for us to meet customer needs with a mix of herbal products. We want our drinks to focus on taste and at the same time offer the consumer a clear nutritional benefit.” The company plans to break new grounds in the dairy-alternative drinks market with different blends of plants.

Q3 was the first time Plantopia invested in advertising. Its entire budget was spent on outdoor channels. As the company looks to take on Oatly, Innocent and Alpro, it will be investing more in marketing. It will also look for new routes to market, launch new products and start looking for agency partners.
