We use a third-party encrypted service, Eventbrite, to collect personal information which enables us to provide tickets for our events. If you register for an event, this information will be retained within Eventbrite and we may contact you with ‘Legitimate Interest’ to invite you to similar events. We will not share data with other organisations, if you would like to unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications such as event invites, please email unsubscribe@tanba.

To provide you with relevant employment opportunities with Tanba we need to process certain information about you. We only ask for details that will help us to help you, such as; your name, contact details, education details, address, employment history, immigration status and salary or day rate.
Where appropriate, and in accordance with local laws and legislations, we may also collect information related to your health, diversity and details of any criminal convictions. All data collected is solely used by Tanba staff only to inform you of any relevant job opportunities with Tanba that fit your requirements. We will not share any of the information you provide with outside sources without your permission.
If we have not had meaningful contact with you for a period of one year, we will delete your personal data from our system unless we believe in good faith that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it (for example, because of our obligations to tax authorities or in connection with any anticipated litigation).

Sometimes we use Crystal Knows to gain personality insights so we can tailor our outreach. It is a platform where people can fill out personality tests and share their personality profile, they then use this to provide personality predictions based on the person’s writing style.
